These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 63boss ("63boss," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://63boss.asia ("the Platform").

One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 63boss account. Opening or operating more than one account — regardless of the reason — is a material breach of these Terms. 63boss will suspend all duplicate accounts and any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings associated with them will be permanently forfeited.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 63boss is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify your identity. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID card) and any additional documentation we may reasonably request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity occurring on your account while authenticated with your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. 63boss is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
63boss accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at 63boss's discretion, and we will notify registered players of any material changes.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), subject to variation for specific promotions. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, however transaction limits may be imposed by your payment service provider.
All deposited funds must be sourced from legitimate payment methods that are legally owned and operated by you. 63boss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
63boss does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are beyond 63boss's control and are your responsibility to review before depositing.
Deposits made to the 63boss Platform are non-refundable once credited to your account and used for gameplay. If a deposit error occurs (e.g., a duplicate charge or a deposit that does not reflect in your account), contact 63boss support with your transaction reference number immediately.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 63boss on a continuous basis. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours, though times may vary depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos).
Verification Requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement and cannot be waived. The first withdrawal from any account will trigger KYC review regardless of the amount.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the identity information verified on your 63boss account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
63boss does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. If a withdrawal request is declined or reversed by the receiving payment provider, 63boss reserves the right to return the funds to your account balance or request an alternative withdrawal method.
63boss offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is offered.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is disclosed on each promotion page. You must read these requirements before claiming any bonus.
Bonuses are issued for entertainment and loyalty purposes only. Players are never required to claim any bonus. If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you may decline it during the deposit process or contact support to have an applied bonus removed (before wagering requirements have been initiated).
63boss reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or any other conduct that 63boss determines constitutes bad-faith use of promotional offers.
Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
All casino games offered on the 63boss Platform — including live dealer games, online slots, table games, and game shows — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under studio conditions.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed within the game's information panel. RTPs for table games and live dealer games are determined by the mathematical rules of each game variant and are available on request.
63boss does not interfere with game outcomes. The RNG certification and audit history for games offered on the Platform are maintained as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions. In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection, software error, or power failure — the outcome of an interrupted game round may be void. 63boss will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Game Restrictions: Certain games may have minimum or maximum bet limits, and some games may be unavailable for play using bonus credits. These restrictions, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game interface.
The 63boss sports betting service covers a range of sports and events including, but not limited to, Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and sabong. Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available for applicable events.
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled unless the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period defined by 63boss, or voided for a reason specified in these rules.
Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time a user initiates a bet and the time it is confirmed. If odds change materially during confirmation, the user will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet request.
Match Postponement and Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, all unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. 63boss reserves the right to apply a different settlement timeline for specific sports or competitions where industry-standard settlement timeframes vary.
Maximum Bet Limits: Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. 63boss reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for any player or market at our discretion, including for players whose patterns suggest professional or syndicate betting activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 63boss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to appropriate law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 63boss account credentials. This includes keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes private and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
63boss will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, phone call, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 63boss and requesting your password is fraudulent. You should report such communications to our support team immediately.
We strongly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, use a unique password not used on any other platform, and regularly review your account's login history for any unrecognised activity. These features are available within your 63boss account security settings.
63boss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account closure due to a material Terms violation, 63boss reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including any pending bonuses or winnings. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any unapplied bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their primary payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC completion.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their 63boss account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned after identity verification and standard processing. Self-excluded players should refer to Section 12 for the relevant process.

63boss does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any interruption, but we do not accept liability for losses arising from unplanned outages, maintenance windows, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government regulatory actions, natural disasters, or telecommunications network failures).
All content on the 63boss Platform — including but not limited to the 63boss brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game assets provided under licence, and promotional materials — is either owned by 63boss or licensed to 63boss by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 63boss Platform without our express prior written consent. The 63boss trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not authorised by 63boss, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or disparage 63boss.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 63boss is governed by the 63boss Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
